Про Регіональний офіс міжнародного співробітництва
Регіональний офіс міжнародного співробітництва — ініціатива Конгресу місцевих та регіональних влад при Президентові України, що має на меті розвиток взаємодії місцевих та регіональних влад з міжнародними партнерами, які прагнуть співпрацювати на рівні області та територіальної громади.
До складу Офісу увійшли керівництво обласної військової адміністрації, керівники та представники окремих структурних підрозділів обласної військової адміністрації, начальники районних військових адміністрацій, міські, селищні та сільські голови, а також Агенція регіонального розвитку Хмельницької області. Офіс є інформаційно-аналітичним майданчиком для систематизації даних, забезпечення належної взаємодії та співпраці між органами влади, благодійниками, міжнародними партнерами під час супроводження та реалізації економічних, соціальних та гуманітарних проектів.

Основними завданнями Офісу є:
• забезпечення взаємодії та співпраці між органами державної влади, органами місцевого самоврядування та Офісом Президента України, підприємствами, установами та організаціями, представниками інститутів громадянського суспільства, а також міжнародними партнерами (організаціями, підприємствами, фондами), з метою розвитку міжнародного співробітництва задля встановлення та підтримки взаємовідносин із закордонними партнерами, відновлення і розбудови транспортної, медичної, соціальної, комунальної, виробничої інфраструктури та житла, інфраструктури енергетики, зв’язку, відновлення та збереження об’єктів культурної спадщини, надання гуманітарної допомоги, підтримки вразливих верств населення та осіб, які опинилися у складних життєвих обставинах внаслідок війни, внутрішньо переміщених осіб, а також структурної модернізації економіки Хмельницької області;
• “визначення та напрацювання пропозицій щодо пріоритетних напрямків та заходів у сфері відновлення інфраструктури, соціальній, гуманітарній сферах та у сфері відбудови і розвитку економіки, спрямованих на ліквідацію наслідків збройної агресії російської федерації проти України на території Хмельницької області;
• залучення ресурсів для реалізації соціальних та суспільно-значущих проектів з метою відновлення та розвитку Хмельницької області.
Діяльність Офісу – це прозорість та ефективне використання ресурсів, економія часу стейкхолдерів, а також консолідація актуальної інформації в одному місці.
General Information about the Regional Office for International Cooperation
Regional Office for International Cooperation is an initiative of the Congress of local and regional authorities under the President of Ukraine, which aims to develop the interaction of local and regional authorities with international partners, who seek to cooperate at the level of the region and territorial community.
Khmelnytskyi Regional Office for International Cooperation (hereinafter – the Office) was established by the order of First Deputy Head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, its composition and regulations of the aforementioned consultative and advisory body were approved as well by the same order.
The Office consists of the leadership of the Regional Military Administration, leadership and representatives of individual structural divisions of the Regional Military Administration, heads of district military administrations, city, town and village heads, as well as the Agency for Regional Development of Khmelnytskyi Region. It is an information and analytical platform for data systematization, ensuring proper interaction and cooperation between authorities, benefactors, and international partners during the support and implementation of economic, social, and humanitarian projects.

Main tasks of the Office:
➡ ensuring interaction and cooperation between State authorities, local self-government bodies and the Office of the President of Ukraine, enterprises, institutions and organizations, representatives of civil society institutions, as well as international partners (organizations, enterprises, foundations), with the aim of developing international cooperation in order to establish and supportrelations with foreign partners, restoration and development of transport, medical, social, communal, industrial infrastructure and housing, energy infrastructure, communication, restoration and preservation of cultural heritage objects, provision of humanitarian aid, support of vulnerable population groups and persons who have found themselvesin difficult life circumstances as a result of the war, internally displaced persons, as well as structural modernization of the economy of the Khmelnytskyi region;
➡ identification and development of proposals regarding priority directions and measures in social, humanitarian and infrastructure restoration areas, as well as in the area of reconstruction and development of the economy, which is aimed at eliminating the consequences of the russian federation’s armed aggression against Ukraine on the territory of the Khmelnytskyi region;
➡ attraction of resources for the implementation of social and socially significant projects for the purpose of restoration and development of Khmelnytskyi region.
Activities of the Office lead to transparent and efficient use of resources, saving stakeholders’ time, as well as consolidation of relevant information in one place.
